We want you to be completely happy with your Shop Equality purchases. So, we operate a no-questions-asked refund policy. We just ask that you send your purchase back within 14 days of receipt of goods, with proof of purchase, in perfect saleable condition. We ask that you take all reasonable care of the products, while they are in your possession.
Should any items be damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours and we will send a replacement.

We regret that postage costs cannot be refunded, unless goods are being returned because of an error on our part. This applies to both outbound and return postage. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returned earrings, unless faulty.
When it comes to food & drink products, we accept only unopened returns of these items – at the discretion of Shop Equality, so please contact us before returning these.
